Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role
• Experience in or exposure to the crypto/Web3 industry
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrable follow-through
• Comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones in a remote environment
• Proficient with collaboration tools and willing to learn new platforms quickly
