A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support the research teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, managing bids and inquiries
• Consolidate vendor bids and prepare accurate fieldwork cost estimates for proposals
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Marketing or Market Research preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; prior market research experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
