Job Summary

Operations Associate, responsible for providing empathetic support to members through inbound calls, managing workflows across multiple channels, and ensuring a positive member experience, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound phone calls and deliver solutions-focused support to members
  • Develop and execute processes for user services across phone, chat, and email
  • Manage daily workflow and prioritize multiple queues to resolve requests efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Interest in personal finance and helping others manage their money
  • Prior phone-based customer service experience in a B2C tech or financial services company is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow management
  • Willingness to take initiative and continuously learn and improve
