Operations Associate

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the contract Operations Associate will develop and enforce SOPs and SLAs, manage daily operational rhythms, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce SOPs and SLAs for troubleshooting processes and performance metrics
• Run daily operational meetings and ensure clear communication during shift handoffs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to balance short-term mitigations and long-term design improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, or related industries focused on technical operations
• Experience with productivity and incident management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or supervising operations in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during incidents and escalations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to support ongoing operations
