Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting commercial fleet customers remotely, the full-time Operations Associate will manage title and registration requests, assist with customer onboarding and product training, and provide insights on product usage to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests
• Assist customers with onboarding and training for assigned product services
• Provide management with insights into customer product usage and escalate concerns as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of experience in title and registration work in the US
• 3+ years of experience working for a Fleet Management Company preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building
• Adept user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
