Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the scaling of a psychiatry program, the full-time remote Operations Associate will enhance patient and provider experiences, manage operational workflows, and improve processes to facilitate exceptional mental healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and act as a liaison between patients and psychiatric providers
• Support psychiatric providers with administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on clinical care
• Monitor operational workflows, identify areas for process improvement, and implement efficient practices

Required qualifications

• Experience in an operations or support role, preferably in a tech or mental healthcare setting
• Familiarity with completing prescription prior authorizations and using tools like CoverMyMeds
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to ensure high-quality patient experiences
• Experience working with medical providers, pharmacies, and labs
• Demonstrated adaptability in rapidly changing environments and experience with cross-functional projects
