Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound chat and email inquiries, delivering solutions-focused support to members
  • Develop and execute processes to provide key services across chat and email channels
  • Manage daily workflow and prioritize multiple queues to resolve requests efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Prior chat and/or email-based customer service experience in a B2C tech or financial services company
  • Strong interest in personal finance and helping others manage their money
  • Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly in writing
  • Experience in workflow management and balancing competing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on member satisfaction
