Job Summary

Supporting the operational and service needs of strategists, the full-time Operations Associate - Third Party Managers will manage onboarding, billing coordination, and reporting for third party managers on the AIM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and operational setup of strategists and third party managers on the AIM platform
• Coordinate fee setup, billing communications, and invoice distribution for strategists
• Generate and distribute reports while assisting with operational service requests and performance file processing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to embrace AI and emerging technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows with accuracy
• Interest in financial services, wealth management, or platform operations preferred
