Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate delivery of customer programs, the part-time Operations Associate will manage application data, resolve customer applications, and maintain data quality while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer enrollment applications using Uplight's databases and querying tools
• Manage incoming application volume through research and data entry
• Collaborate with the Product Operations team to support ongoing program initiatives

Required qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality
• Ability to research and transcribe data accurately and efficiently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Accountability for meeting quotas and deadlines
• Willingness to learn and use querying tools effectively
