Job Summary

Bringing value to users, the full-time remote Operations Associate will execute high-quality plans, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze task requirements and produce high-quality plans and output
• Take full ownership of work and manage details throughout the execution process
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop elegant solutions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consumer startups, banking, consulting, or similar high-pressure environments
• Exceptional planning skills and proficiency in using Notion
• Experience working in chaotic environments
• Strong bias toward action and execution
• Great communication skills for collaboration with executive teams
