Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Operations Associate will manage law firm inquiries, coordinate operational tasks, and assist in resolving client issues while utilizing CRM software.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to law firm inquiries via support tickets and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional service
- Identify and escalate complex client and internal issues, assisting in their resolution
- Coordinate tasks such as data entry and inbox management to support team members effectively
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer support or operational support role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ticketing platforms like Zendesk
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable
- Proficient in using AI-powered tools to enhance workflow and team productivity
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn proprietary software and adapt to evolving processes
