Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the operational execution of new customer test kit launches, the full-time Operations Associate will coordinate with customers and partners to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing performance monitoring in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational execution of new customer test kit launches, tracking milestones and dependencies for successful go-live
• Coordinate with customers, laboratory providers, and fulfillment partners to ensure timely completion of operational requirements
• Monitor post-launch performance, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement while maintaining operational dashboards and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, logistics, or similar fields
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
• Experience coordinating launches or operational programs
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational metrics
