Operations Associate

Job Summary

To lead customer-facing implementation and cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Operations Associate will manage project planning, coordination, and risk management while ensuring successful delivery across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation and deployment projects using a formal project-management lifecycle from initiation to closeout
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
• Provide customer-facing technical leadership and maintain clear communication regarding project scope, status, and issues

Required Qualifications

• Project management experience in software implementation or healthcare technology environments
• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedules, and stakeholder communication
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Customer-focused approach with a collaborative mindset for problem-solving and decision-making
• Familiarity with medical imaging systems and healthcare interoperability standards is preferred
