Providing exceptional operational support for Alternative Investment transactions, the full-time hybrid Operations Associate will manage phone support for high-profile Financial Advisors, document call logs, and engage in collaborative projects across various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone support to Financial Advisors regarding Alternative Investment transactions, handling 30-50 calls per day
- Maintain detailed documentation of calls using Salesforce CRM software
- Engage in Ad Hoc projects and collaborate with teams within Morgan Stanley Client Solutions & Investment Solutions
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Customer service orientation with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Calm demeanor and logical problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
