A company is looking for an Operations Associate/Administrative Assistant for a 3-month contract in Oakland, CA, with 100% remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain a filing system
  • Organize appointments, plan meetings, and handle correspondence

Required Qualifications:
  • High School degree
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
