Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time remote Operations Associate Bilingual will manage member and grocery operations, support onboarding and offboarding, and assist with reporting to ensure program success.

Required qualifications
- Two years of healthcare customer experience via phone and SMS
- Previous experience in member support via phone
- Success in a small team environment with ownership of multiple areas
- Interest in food-as-medicine and community health
- Previous US healthcare experience is a plus
