Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on patient self-pay, insurance, and bad debt balances
Explain policies and procedures, referring accounts for resolution and providing feedback
Track changes in client processes and prioritize urgent requests as necessary

Required Qualifications

High School diploma
1 year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft 365
Understanding of EOB's, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, and HIPAA regulations
Experience working in EPIC
