Operations Associate II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on patients' self-pay, insurance, and bad debt balances
• Review and interpret patient statements and obtain supporting documentation for follow-up efforts
• Assist and resolve patient inquiries within a 24-48 hour period

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of billing experience
• Basic knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9&10 codes, and various insurance payor processes
• Familiarity with EPIC and HIPAA regulations
• Understanding of client contractual terms and agreements as needed
• Ability to identify contractual and administrative adjustments
