Operations Associate - Legal Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate (Legal & Compliance).

Key Responsibilities

• Own entity compliance and manage corporate entities' "Good Standing" across the US and Canada
• Monitor intellectual property presence and manage cease-and-desist workflows
• Lead compliance audits and implement process improvements in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an academically rigorous program
• Proven track record of resourcefulness and ownership of projects
• Interest in using AI/technology to optimize workflows
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on regulatory compliance
• Ability to thrive in high-performance and ambiguous environments
