Job Summary

Leading a team of verification specialists, the full-time Associate Manager, Operations will drive execution on team goals, maintain high standards of operational excellence, and oversee performance management while working onsite in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance, coaching, and professional development of the verification team while overseeing attendance and schedules
• Track metrics, prepare reports, and escalate critical issues to leadership while ensuring team deliverables meet company standards
• Analyze quality failures and implement corrective action plans to address performance trends and operational inefficiencies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in call center management, operations, or team management
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of experience leading projects or teams to achieve common goals
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to establish relationships across various levels
