Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate, Payment Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute claim reprocessing cycles and ensure accuracy prior to submission
• Perform reconciliations to audit the accuracy of batch-reprocessed claims
• Manage recovery posting and resolution to ensure compliance with Payment Integrity standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with large datasets in a high-volume environment
• Experience supporting financial audits within a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and validation
• Technical aptitude for learning new systems and tools quickly
• Bonus: Experience with SQL or healthcare audit/analytics tools
