Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate for the 2024 election cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage relationships with creators and their managers, including contracting and payment
• Consult with Director of Operations on process improvement and implementation of solutions
• Partner with other departments to improve workflows, communicate SOPs, and troubleshoot obstacles

Qualifications:

• Professional or volunteer experience in organizing, project management, operations, or compliance
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under strict deadlines
• Experience with Google Drive and Quickbase is a plus
• Enthusiasm for electoral politics and supporting Democratic candidates
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines
