Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Business Analyst to ensure the smooth execution of core business processes for the EPS Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline the Sales to Implementation handoff for Ensenta platform projects, ensuring contract accuracy
• Conduct regular CRM data audits to maintain data integrity for Ensenta products
• Collaborate with Implementation and Billing teams to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a financial institution, fintech, or technical support setting
• Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential job functions
• Foundational knowledge in researching, writing reports, and documenting processes
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
