Operations Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various functions across Insurisk lines of business, the full-time Operations Business Analyst will analyze underwriting workflows, assist with new program implementations, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a strong understanding of business processes and underwriting workflows
• Support program managers with new program implementations and operational audits
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners for data collection and follow-up

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in underwriting support roles
• Experience in Property & Casualty lines is preferred
• Familiarity with IMS, ODEN, AIM, or similar insurance applications is preferred
