Operations Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional process improvements, the full-time salaried Operations Business Analyst IV will oversee business analysis initiatives, drive operational excellence, and align solutions with organizational strategy in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and implementing best practices for business analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to prioritize high-value projects
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-impact outcomes and manage policy and performance of claim lifecycle activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Seven (7) years of healthcare operations experience in insurance, managed care, or a related industry
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
• Experience with Six Sigma or other performance improvement methodologies is preferred
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
