Operations Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Operations Business Analyst III will review and analyze existing processes and systems, develop solutions, and perform cost-benefit analyses, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze the effectiveness of processes and systems, participating in solution development
• Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment analyses to support decision-making and business case creation
• Lead operational readiness processes and mentor Business Operations Analysts to enhance project execution capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight years of health care operations experience in insurance, managed care, or a related industry
• Preferred experience in Six Sigma or other performance improvement methodologies
