Job Summary

Joining a dynamic project team, the full-time Operations Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, analyze system interactions, and create training materials while working primarily onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, with potential for remote work after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from project stakeholders for business processes and systems
• Analyze business and system requirements, designing training and reference materials for operations departments
• Participate in testing plans and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and vendors

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
