Operations Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the planning and execution of programs within the US Retail business, the full-time Operations Business Analyst will work remotely on a 6-month contract, focusing on translating business needs into structured requirements and supporting program delivery through analysis and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements in partnership with Program Managers and stakeholders
- Develop program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and decision logs, while tracking workstream progress and risks
- Maintain accurate project documentation in PMO tools and support portfolio-level reporting across assigned programs
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or project delivery role, preferably in insurance brokerage or financial services
- Experience with technology implementations or business transformation programs
- Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with project management and portfolio tools, such as Monday.com
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
