Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Operations Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive core operational cadences across Product and Specialist teams to review key deals and improve execution quality
• Establish and maintain operational rigor for tracking product adoption, account health, and execution risks
• Define, track, and drive accountability to business KPIs, ensuring consistent performance measurement against targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a related field within a technology or high growth environment
• Proven success executing high impact initiatives that require cross departmental alignment
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while partnering effectively across teams
• Data driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide leadership decisions
