Job Summary
Supporting Thrivent's field staff in a full-time remote capacity, the Operations Case Manager will manage Life and Health new business cases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a client-centric experience while cultivating relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for communication regarding Life and Health applications, leveraging subject matter expertise
- Manage the life cycle of applications, prioritizing workload and ensuring compliance with service standards
- Provide regular updates on critical cases to various stakeholders and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in life and health insurance, sales, or customer service
- Strong performance history with demonstrated success in previous roles
- Ability to influence without authority and drive results independently
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
