Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Center Analyst to support the identification and remediation of client and system issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and triage reported issues, investigate solutions, and track progress
- Work independently and collaboratively on project initiatives to ensure consistent service levels
- Complete configuration tasks and resolve processing failures as they arise
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a technology or healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a HIPAA regulated environment is preferred
- Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions and relational databases (SQL)
- Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
