Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Operations Clerk will facilitate vehicle releases from various locations while supporting office functions and ensuring a unique customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and residences while managing customer inquiries
- Answer and place calls professionally, focusing on call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Utilize company resources to gather information and provide solutions to meet client needs
Required qualifications
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Proficient with office equipment and computer software, including MS Suite
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
- Bilingual skills are a plus
