Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Operations Clerk will facilitate vehicle releases from various locations while supporting office functions and ensuring a unique customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and residences while managing customer inquiries
  • Answer and place calls professionally, focusing on call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize company resources to gather information and provide solutions to meet client needs
Required qualifications
  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
  • High School diploma
  • Proficient with office equipment and computer software, including MS Suite
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
