Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operations presenter on client calls
  • Develop and facilitate Joint Operations Committee (JOC) decks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in client service, operations, or account coordination
  • 2+ years in a call center and/or claims environment
  • Strong background handling complex client requests and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal oversight
