Key Responsibilities
- Lead client implementation efforts for Member Services and Claims
- Serve as the primary operations presenter on client calls
- Develop and facilitate Joint Operations Committee (JOC) decks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in client service, operations, or account coordination
- 2+ years in a call center and/or claims environment
- Strong background handling complex client requests and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal oversight
