Operations & Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Taking ownership of compliance and operational tasks, the full-time remote Operations & Compliance Analyst will manage licensing, reporting, and audit processes to support Kin Financing's home lending program while ensuring smooth operations as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ongoing reporting obligations to licensing bodies, investors, and service providers, managing the renewal calendar for all lending licenses
• Run the application process for new state licenses and coordinate audits end to end, including post-audit remediation
• Document and refine operational processes, using AI tools to enhance efficiency in regulatory requirements and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of professional experience with recurring deadlines and external-facing obligations
• Track record of accurate work in contexts with significant consequences for errors, such as filings or regulated reporting
• Experience quickly learning and accurately applying unfamiliar rules and systems
• Interest in growing into program or project management roles within the organization
