Operations Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Configuration/Integration Analyst to support claims adjudication in a managed care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, load, test, and maintain configurable tables and files for claim adjudication
• Assist in the development and execution of testing scenarios and perform unit/end user testing for new configurations
• Identify opportunities for automation and recommend system solutions to enhance claims processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a managed care environment
• Minimum two to three years of experience in an automated medical claims environment
• Minimum one to two years of experience in systems logic and testing
• Experience in a managed care/multiple product environment is desired
• Comprehensive knowledge of claims adjudication rules and related software packages is preferred
