Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in operations, processes, or improvement roles
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmacy benefits or related industry
• Six Sigma yellow belt certification required within one year of start date
• Proficiency in MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools
