Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience, including standard costing and variance analysis
• 5+ years of experience with ERP accounting finance systems
• 2+ years of leadership experience
