Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and accurate communication to all customers
- Collaborate with team members and manage ticket escalations
- Coordinate resources and assist clients with low impact technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a Customer Service role
- Experience with incident response and customer service
- 1+ years of experience with ConnectWise or other PSA preferred
- Ability to navigate and understand MS Office products
- Understanding of technology terms and their impact on business operations
