Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and produce documents and presentations for internal and external contacts
  • Provide advanced administrative support, including managing calendars and preparing for meetings
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and support various departmental initiatives and projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in a related role
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Project management experience is beneficial but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe and E-signature platforms
