Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support existing partnerships and assist in launching new services and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial operations including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and forecasting
  • Handle high-volume data entry with accuracy, meeting timelines and compliance metrics
  • Develop operational processes to improve existing operations or launch new services/partners
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in financial reporting and/or operations
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a financial or analytical field
  • Prior experience in small companies or start-ups; marketplace or consulting experience is a plus
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a passion for marketplaces or on-demand services
