Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and organizational support, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and knowledge management
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational support across Development, Marketing & Communications, and Finance
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and maintain knowledge management systems for the US office
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, nonprofit administration, coordination, or project management
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
  • Mission-driven mindset and ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Comfort supporting multiple leaders and teams simultaneously
