Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support a Command Center team in the autonomous trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate data entry and real-time system updates to maintain operational continuity
• Monitor and triage shared inboxes, responding to operational emails with professional etiquette
• Provide status updates and follow-ups to customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in operations support, dispatch, logistics, or customer operations
• Proficiency in using proprietary systems and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, Salesforce)
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and be comfortable in a remote work environment
• Experience with billing communications, including invoice confirmations and payment follow-ups is a plus
• Prior experience with autonomous vehicle operations or fleet logistics is a bonus
