Job Summary

A company is looking for an FDE Operations Coordinator to ensure accuracy and operational reliability in documentation and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Format, standardize, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts
  • Convert meeting notes into clear and compliant SOWs
  • Track billing, invoices, payments, and project status while maintaining operational systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, documentation, or contract administration
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile workflows
  • Experience with invoices and billing processes is a plus
  • Comfortable working with contracts and financial documents
