Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support internal coordination and project execution for external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline processes to enhance the sustainability and scalability of the Here2Help Connect Contact Center
- Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of partnership obligations and provide support for the Director of Partnership Success
- Manage invoicing workflows, contract processes, and maintain accurate reporting compliance
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination, partnerships, or program management
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Liberal Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Highly skilled in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Self-directed with sound judgment and professionalism in fast-paced settings
- Project management certification is a plus, but not required
