Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support internal coordination and project execution for external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline processes to enhance the sustainability and scalability of the Here2Help Connect Contact Center
  • Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of partnership obligations and provide support for the Director of Partnership Success
  • Manage invoicing workflows, contract processes, and maintain accurate reporting compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, partnerships, or program management
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Liberal Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Highly skilled in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Self-directed with sound judgment and professionalism in fast-paced settings
  • Project management certification is a plus, but not required
