A company is looking for a White Glove Operations Coordinator to manage large parcel delivery operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage large parcel shipments, ensuring real-time updates and exception resolution
• Maintain communication with third-party carriers and monitor their performance against service level expectations
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address delivery inquiries and coordinate changes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience in final mile or large parcel delivery operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle escalations professionally
• Proficiency in G-suite and general logistics or operations systems
• Experience with appointment-based delivery scheduling and routing (preferred)
