Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to provide operational support for partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operations point of contact for partners, providing high-touch support
- Troubleshoot complex issues, communicate trends, and operationalize processes to enhance partner experience
- Improve support workflows, develop product specialization, and train new employees on standard processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or account/partner management
- Expertise in issue resolution and navigating complex tickets
- Experience using Excel and/or basic data & insights tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle ambiguous situations
- Fluency in English in a business environment
