Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and accurate communication to all customers
- Collaborate with team members and manage ticket escalations effectively
- Coordinate resources and assist clients with low-impact technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a Customer Service role
- Experience with incident response and customer service communication
- 1+ years of experience with ConnectWise or other PSA tools preferred
- Ability to navigate MS Office products and understand technology terms
- Familiarity with basic computer/display issue resolution
