Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and accurate communication to all customers
  • Collaborate with team members and manage ticket escalations effectively
  • Coordinate resources and assist clients with low-impact technical issues


Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years in a Customer Service role
  • Experience with incident response and customer service communication
  • 1+ years of experience with ConnectWise or other PSA tools preferred
  • Ability to navigate MS Office products and understand technology terms
  • Familiarity with basic computer/display issue resolution
