Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and accurate communication to customers
  • Collaborate with team members and manage ticket prioritization and escalation
  • Assist clients with low impact technical issues and coordinate resources for maximum utilization
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Experience with incident response and customer service communication
  • 1+ years of experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools preferred
  • Ability to navigate MS Office products and understand technology terms
  • Basic understanding of technology and its impact on business operations
