Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and accurate communication to customers
- Collaborate with team members and manage ticket prioritization and escalation
- Assist clients with low impact technical issues and coordinate resources for maximum utilization
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience with incident response and customer service communication
- 1+ years of experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools preferred
- Ability to navigate MS Office products and understand technology terms
- Basic understanding of technology and its impact on business operations
