Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support project delivery and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and track projects for various team members and ensure accurate program paperwork
  • Perform data entry, track program data, and maintain data quality within Salesforce
  • Assist with scheduling inspections, meetings, and support special projects or process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination or related roles
  • Strong experience in an office or desk-based administrative environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
