Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support project delivery and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and track projects for various team members and ensure accurate program paperwork
- Perform data entry, track program data, and maintain data quality within Salesforce
- Assist with scheduling inspections, meetings, and support special projects or process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination or related roles
- Strong experience in an office or desk-based administrative environment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
