Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders and teams on administrative and operational tasks to manage properties effectively
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and online tools for project communication and file sharing
- Organize and track project details while ensuring compliance with department policies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Knowledge of AVID or similar AP systems
- Experience with coding and entering vendor invoices into accounting systems
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently while supporting team initiatives
